This is Skelita Calaveras, a canon character from Monster High series, most specifically the Scaris line.

Why am I uploading this?

As soon as I saw her doll, I liked her a lot, and decided to look up for official artwork and information about her and create her a profile myself.

Is Skelita a real character?

Yes. She appeared as a new doll for the Scaris line and all indicates she will also have presence in the webisodes.

Where did I find the written information to create this profile?

Text info is all available in Monster High Wikia. However, there was no profile as well, so I kept my plans of creating one.

Is this art theft then?

No. Please don’t get me wrong: Skelita is not mine, she and Monster High belong to , and I am not related to the company whatsoever. I’m giving credit, so please just think about this profile as fanart.

Did I make up any of the information presented in the profile?

Only a part of the pet info: in her diary is written that she has a pet butterfly named Nati. Since Skelita likes candy skulls (which I find weird as hell BTW) and butterflies eat nectar, I thout it makes sense to state both Skelita and Nati like sugar.
